About the Role: As a Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of tasks within the Solutions department. Your focus will be on effective internal and external communication with team members, customers, and suppliers, while upholding high standards of diligence, efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. About You: Whilst experience on paper may be favorable for my client that's not what it's all about. You'll be someone who has a interest in I.T, someone with the nerd gene who likes to talk tech who understands the fundanmentals of technology (I.E you know the components that go into a computer). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with suppliers to establish pricing and lead times for requested equipment. Identify and onboard new suppliers as necessary to meet customer demands. Utilise ERP systems to generate accurate quotes based on supplier information. Coordinate with suppliers to place and manage orders, ensuring timely fulfilment.
