Key Responsibilities: Engage with Clients: Meet both established and new customers to showcase our innovative products and services. Drive Sales: Promote and boost sales of our gear motors and motor controls. Build Relationships: Maintain and grow strong connections with existing and potential customers, identifying new opportunities for market expansion. Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance throughout the pre-sales and after-sales processes. Manage Orders: Handle quotations and orders efficiently using their CRM system. What They're Looking For: Preferred Qualifications: A mechanical degree, though not essential. Experience: Proven track record in selling gear motors and motor controls in Queensland. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a team-oriented mindset. Customer Relationship Management: Experience in maintaining and developing customer relationships.
