Work with individuals across age groups, assisting with personal care and daily living skills Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports Essential Requirements Minimum Cert III Qualification in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support Current NSW Driver’s Licence A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC) Current First Aid and CPR - or willingness to obtain Highly Regarded Requirements Experience in Mental Health and/or Assistant in Nursing 2-3 years experience working with people with disabilities About Us Westhaven is and will continue to be the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
