Due to current growth, they are looking to appoint an investor administrator and coordinator to join their high-performing team. Our client is looking for an exciting talent to join the team in a supportive function and enable the team to perform their best. Responsibilities: Coordinate and organise team schedules/ itineraries. Manage and build relationships with external stakeholders. CRM Management - Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date investor profiles. Coordinate the delivery of quarterly and half-yearly Investor reports - coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders. Organise and coordinate investor meetings. Key Criteria: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in administration, coordination or customer-facing positions (financial services experience desirable) Ability to commute to the CBD 5 days a week Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
