They are based in CBD with flexible hybrid working arrangements 3 days on site Role: As the ServiceNow System Administrator you will be joining a newly formed team to support the on-going enhance and evolution of the ServiceNow platform. This role reports to the Platform owner and be responsible for the configuration, administration and support of ServiceNow. You will be working closely with a number of business units to gather and document requirements, design solutions support and create user-friendly interfaces. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, security and scalability of our environments to meet the evolving needs of our the business. You will have: At least 2 years ServiceNow hands on Administrator experience Minimum ServiceNow Administrator certified CSA Ability to develop and configure business rules, UI policies, scripts, ACLs, and workflow Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices Perform regular system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance and reliability Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow updates and patches Automation experience highly advantageous
