The Role: We are seeking a Sampling Coordinator who can work in a fast-paced environment, is able to think on their feet and juggle multiple priorities while proactively monitoring the sample manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be someone who can identify red flags and effectively trouble shoot to ensure on time shipment and delivery of company sampling assets. The Sampling Coordinator is part of the Factory Operations department and also assists with factory operations administration and creation and maintenance of department processes and procedures. What We Expect: Track and communicate progress of seasonal samples to meet collection launch and sales deadlines. Coordinate and maintain sample data in our PLM system ensuring information reflected is accurate in real time. Review and analyse all sample progress on the weekly WIP (work in progress) report sent through from the factories to identify any possible issues. Track the movements of sample shipments and liaise with relevant departments to resolve any shipment delays or issues that may arise. Update and distribute sample status information to various departments both locally and internationally Report updates on all aspects of departmental timelines and projects What We Are Looking For: Tertiary qualification in business, fashion apparel, or related field desirable but not essential. Minimum 3 year's work experience in a professional office environment. Strong logistics, administrative, or other professional office coordinator level work experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with others. Strong customer service orientation and demeanor. Proven experience with tracking and scheduling of large amounts of data. Adaptable to stressful situations and changing workloads. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Have the flexibility to occasionally assist with tasks outside of standard work hours.
