Working closely with the Principal, you will oversee all digital requirements on projects in the region act as the interface between engineering and design develop and produce design mentor a growing team Required for success: Associate Degree Civil Engineering (or equivalent) 8yrs experience in geometric road design; prior experience with TMR projects essential (or equivalent) An expert use of relevant design software (12D, Autocad) Proven experience leading projects, and ideally mentoring/growing junior designers and/or drafters As a future leader of the region, y ou will have direct access to the senior leadership team, and the opportunity to have a significant impact in the ongoing success of the business.
