As we continue to redefine hospitality in the Blue Mountains, we are actively seeking a dedicated Sales & Distribution Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence. As our Sales and Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure all sales initiatives align with our overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate and travel agent sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the revenue manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel. Develop and manage sales budgets, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely responses to client inquiries. Participate in sales calls, site inspections, and other sales-related activities to acquire new business. Support hotel service and relationship strategies to drive customer loyalty. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
