This role is crucial for revenue growth and will be responsible for managing both proactive outbound prospecting and internal sales enquires. Your pipeline will range from small to large businesses with a key focus to sell Tyro’s products and convey its value proposition. Our customers are spread across three main verticals; Hospitality, Retail & Health. What you’ll do; - Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage prospects within target markets. Use various channels to generate new leads and opportunities. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's ideal customer profile. - Inbound Sales: Act as the primary contact for inbound sales inquiries, driving the sales process through consultative discussions, product demonstrations, and tailored information. - Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritise leads in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression. Collaborate with internal teams to advance opportunities and close deals. Provide regular updates and forecasts on sales activities. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, offering exceptional service and support to nurture long-term relationships. - Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system. - Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to Sales Specialists, guiding them on best practices and sales techniques. Foster a collaborative team environment. What you’ll bring; - Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. - Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools. - Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Proven ability to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and strategic sales planning. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
