Our client operates across the utility, telecommunications, and transport sectors, delivering design, construction, operation, and maintenance services. The Administration Coordinator sits within the Utilities and Infrastructure team and will report to the Asset Performance Manager. The Administration Coordinator manages contract administration, including reporting, schedule updates, non-compliance responses, KPI tracking, supplier contracts, and data management. ROLE RESPONISBILITIES: Coordinate reporting obligations, including ad hoc requests, for Contract Management. Maintain and update Schedules in the main Works Contract, liaising with external suppliers and subcontractors. Handle Non-Compliance notices and information requests related to the Contract. Track KPI performance, reporting trends and forecasts to management. Manage Contract Fleet operations, including requests and requirements. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Oversee contract renewals, terminations, closeouts, and compliance with milestones. ABOUT YOU: Excellent organisational skills with proven ability in managing timeframes and dealing with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Setup and ongoing management of works and supplier contracts. Effective time management, flexibility, and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on process efficiency. Demonstrates professionalism through teamwork, communication, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking to address challenges effectively. Service-oriented with a customer-centric approach. Resilient under pressure. Experience in managing, reporting, and improving KPIs; proficient in MS Office and contract management systems. Experienced in office management processes and proficient in contract management principles.
