Dandy Premix has a rare opportunity for a motivated Materials Engineer to join our team. The role will be responsible for providing technical services to the business. About the Role: Develop and optimize concrete mixtures. Optimize batching processes for efficiency. Maintain product quality standards. Monitor concrete production. Plant Automation Systems monitoring and analysis Analyze concrete materials and products. Aid with concrete products. Stay updated on concrete technology. Ensure adherence to industry regulations. Maintain accurate records. Work with cross-functional teams. Identify and implement enhancements. Engagement of sub-contractors and management of sub-contractors Key requirements: Hold a bachelor's in civil engineering or related Engineering Discipline. An understanding of drawings and technical specifications Ability to interpret and understand plant automation systems Ability to develop and run a program with a high-level detailed planning Excellent understanding of OHS, environment and quality to ensure compliance to projects KPIs Excellent communication and organization skills Proven and excellent safety record from previous projects Current driver’s license.
