Key Aspects/Actions Success Measures Support customer requests by resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate internal team within SLA Ensure a great customer experience by creating, managing, and tracking requests using ITSM and online tools Handle procurement requests, including sourcing, quoting, and order fulfillment Manage new requests accurately, ensuring frequent communication with customers and internal teams Participate in ad-hoc projects, process automation, and improvement initiatives Stay informed on vendor product roadmaps and service offerings Required Experience Worked in a fast-paced, SLA-driven Client Services, Customer Service or Customer Success role, supporting a broad suite of services. Proven experience providing sales support and administration for business development activities, with a focus on accuracy and quality output Previous exposure in IT Procurement: Hardware, Software and Services. Well-rounded experience in handling IT-related queries Previous experience facilitating client meetings and ability to provide a seamless engagement with customers Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience using Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow Strong customer service orientation Shows initiative and is an outside-of-the-box thinker Manages competing priorities in a high-pressure environment Communicates effectively with people across a variety of backgrounds and seniority levels and develops constructive working relationships Benefits Work for an organisation that prioritises company culture and employee satisfaction.
