The Position Due to continued growth and success they are currently seeking a highly inspired and self-motivated candidate to join their Customer Service team. You will participate in all aspects of Sales, Service and After Care activities. This role require’s “all-rounders” who are ready to get stuck in with their team mates to learn and take on a wide breadth of Customer Service-related tasks. The roles also offer the ability to grow and expand within the company for the right person. This role will be offered as a temp position with an immediate start. Full time hours - Monday to Friday The Duties Build strong relationships with prospective clientele Assisting members with advice and guidance information including pricing, availability and opportunities. Support member professionals with general enquiries Respond to members via phone and email correspondence. Provide high level support and assistance. Maintain regular contact with members.
