We have an opportunity for you We have partnered with a rapidly growing national company in their search for a customer service and logistics Co-ordinator to provide exceptional support to their daily business operations. Based in Banyo Permanent opportunity Paying up to $70,000 base plus super What you will be doing Take customer orders over phones and emails and organise the day-to-day fulfilment of orders. Work close with the warehouse team in organising order processing and inventory management, providing information regarding product availability and ETA. Provide product suggestions and answer any customer enquiries. Liase with suppliers regards to product delivery. Ensuring the highest level of service is maintained with all customer touch points including phone calls, emails, text and occasionally in person Co-ordinate and allocate orders for transport to the correct delivery address Manage all necessary documents related to logistics and shipments- hard and soft copies. Manage purchase orders and invoices. Any other ad hoc administration tasks. What are we looking for 2 years of prior experience in a similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work closely with the management and the warehouse team. Ability to manage stock and documentation with high accuracy in detail. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal along with excellent inter-personal skills. Prior experience in NetSuite highly advantageous.
