Job Description The Sales Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to maintain and develop sales opportunities for Household and Industrial products by increasing existing customer share of wallet through engagement and developing new customers. The sales manager will be also responsible for managing customers at a state or national level aligned to the products or market categories assigned. Key responsibilities will be to: Liaise and coordinate with site operations to ensure demand is delivered Identify and cultivate market opportunities to develop, grow and convert to a strong sales pipeline Manage end to end process including commercial discussions and preparation of sales proposals Provide monthly reports on procurement gains and pipeline activity Develop, maintain and leverage strong customer relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure solid supply lines of raw material in the market Exceeding sales and margin budgets through effective sales and business development Your skills and experience Demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace and working “Toward Zero Harm” Experienced in plastic packaging sales and account management Strong financial acumen, financial performance to budget targets Demonstrated capability to engage at all levels coupled with high level of influencing and negotiation abilities Strong strategic selling and customer solution focus Proven experience in Technical Sales and Solution Selling as a key account management or Business Development Manager Willingness to travel and stay away from home as needed
