Join the team We have an exciting opportunity for an amazing Designer to really add value & make their mark within our Activewear portfolio Passionate about Women’s Active Apparel? This role will see you across everything from leggings to seam-free as well as products to cater for our trend-driven customers. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract. What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the research, development and design of all women’s products in our Active apparel range. You will deliver trend steers, work on fabric and material insights and be able to deliver on tech packs to make everyday living brighter for our customers. Some of the key responsibilities are (but not limited to): • Trend forecasting & identifying new product opportunities • Product design & Development • Leadership – constantly strive to improve product, process and culture • Building relationship & influence key stakeholders To be successful in this role: We are seeking a creative and driven Designer who has experience or specialises in Women’s Active apparel. You love delivering product, customers are always front of mind and building and managing relationships with a variety of key stakeholders is one of your strengths. We'd also love you to have: • Previous experience in a fashion design role within Women’s or Active apparel • Strong ability to forecast and implement a commercial and broad appeal trend • High proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop • Ability to deliver complex tech packs for products that have a higher degree of complexity • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Confident & articulate presentation skills • Strong attention to detail • Experience with 3D Design software highly regarded but not essential If this sounds like you – apply now Please note – that all applications must have a portfolio of relevant design work attached to be considered.
