Let’s Talk About Responsibilities: In this role, you'll lead by championing the customer, transforming how ResMed designs experiences to elevate customer interactions. You'll harness data-driven insights to optimise end-to-end experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Building alliances internally and externally, you'll cultivate an environment conducive to reimagining customer experiences. Your responsibilities include: Investigating: Leading discovery efforts with customers and colleagues, employing various research techniques to inform experience strategy. Strategising: Taking a holistic view to enhance business value and prioritise initiatives based on impact metrics. Innovating: Pioneering new customer journeys and touchpoints to expand market reach and enhance loyalty. Visualising: Translating technical complexities into accessible artefacts for diverse audiences. Blueprinting: Bringing experiences to life through storyboards, process flows, and service design blueprints. Facilitating: Planning and leading co-design workshops to foster collaboration and drive effective decision-making. Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience: You hold tertiary qualifications in CX, Experience Design, Service Design, Strategic Design, Behavioural Design or a related field, backed by at least 5 years in a similar role, navigating E2E experiences across varied user groups and digital and offline touchpoints. Proficient in tools like Miro and Figma, you thrive in online collaboration.
