More About the Role at Bizcover We are looking for a Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Service team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities include processing claims, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients and other team members. The successful candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving.
