This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of administrative and coordination services to support the functions of CTP Care Operations Manager, the CTP Care frontline leadership team, and the wider CTP Care team. Our People Awards - On-the-spot Recognition, Quarterly Values Awards & Our People Annual Awards Access to our Employee Assistance Program Duties It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an Administration Coordinator, CTP Care you will: Proactively support the administrative functions of the CTP Care Operations Manager including diary management and follow up actions as directed. Provide administration support to the CTP Care leadership and their teams including, but not limited to data entry, word processing, inbound/outbound calls management drafting correspondence, organise meetings, collect agenda items and record minutes, reports, and briefing notes. Regularly source and present data including through Qlik (data platform), for Team Leaders and CTP Care Operations Manager to support reporting for internal and external audiences as required. Organise and coordinate the onboarding of new staff, training, and other events and support activities for the broader CTP Care team. Develop and apply appropriate systems, procedures, and controls to assist the Operations Manager and Team Leaders to monitor and manage business activities including coordination of assurance and remediation activities and assist with those activities directly from time to time. Support CTP Care meetings with internal and external stakeholders by collating agenda items, ensuring actions are followed up and completed and completion of minutes. Skills & Experience Significant experience providing business administration support in an insurance, disability, training, or health setting. Advanced experience using Microsoft office applications (particularly excel). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work well within a team and ability to work autonomously. Previous experience using IT database systems and Qlik is highly desirable.
