Property Administrator on a Full-time, 12-14-month fixed term (maternity leave cover) Key Responsibilities: Administering over 200 commercial leases for venues in Australia and New Zealand. Updating Lease Eagle software to ensure accuracy of payment terms, rent reviews, options, and outgoings payments. Preparing and distributing payment update reports twice a month. Responding to landlord requests and resolving payment queries in a timely manner. Collaborating with the accounts payable team to ensure timely payment of ad hoc expenses and resolution of any queries. Attributes Necessary for Success: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Property Valuation. Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial lease administration within a retail network or agency. Proficiency in lease administration software (Lease Eagle experience is advantageous but not essential). Ability to review leases and extract critical information regarding landlord/tenant responsibilities. Expertise in reviewing portfolios for operating expenses and ad hoc charges. Strong skills in resolving finance queries, including account reconciliation. Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
