The role A unique opportunity exists for an administrative all-rounder to join our team and provide services across multiple support functions, with the opportunity to develop your skills, redesign processes and gain exposure to a diverse range of task opportunities. The role will enable the delivery of operational support services, facilitate financial processes and contribute strongly to knowledge and quality management through the maintenance of collateral in our document control system. If you have an eye for detail, are proactive, positive and skilled at using systems, we want to hear from you for this part time (0.5 FTE) position. The days and hours of work will be based around the availability of the successful candidate. Some of the diverse responsibilities include Maintain controlled documents within the quality management system Ensure conformance to system audit requirements Co-ordinate and administration of travel requests Acquittals of delegated corporate cards Planning and organising on-site and off-site functions and events Provide relief as required to the wider Administration function Manage meeting room calendars and bookings Broad range of Administrative duties including some reception work, maintaining PPE stock, GM emails and calendars, and general office duties Creating and receipting PO's and approvals in SAP What you will need to succeed A positive and proactive mindset Sensational computer skills, ideally with knowledge of Word, Excel,SharePoint and SAP Outstanding documentation and presentation skills High attention to detail, particularly in relation to finance, documentation and processes Learning agility Superb relationship management, communication and rapport-building skills Sound Numeracy Experience or a strong interest in Document Control and other forms of Knowledge Management and familiar with with ISO 9001 and document control Our business Adbri Cement was formally known as Adelaide Brighton Cement.
