Please note that successful candidates will be on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (Brisbane time), and must have flexibility to work on Saturdays when required. You'll be responsible for Deliver exceptional customer experiences through sales and service and achieve sales, service, and quality targets Manage a portfolio of inbound and outbound sales and service calls, complete correspondence within set SLAs Ensure new business and sales initiatives are understood and delivered to customers Actively contribute to process and service improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and operating profit Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance obligations About you Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and extract meaningful insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands Demonstrated technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools Ability to acquire and utilise product-specific key terminology to support sound underwriting decisions Extensive emotional intelligence, empathy and resilience to support customers Ability to develop and apply new and changing product knowledge to ensure ongoing legislative compliance What's on offer Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.
