Join our Early learning Centre at Woy Woy, providing exceptional administration support to the Director. About the program We are seeking a flexible and capable Administration Assistant to work with our Children’s Services team, whilst working independently you will also be providing support to the Director at our Woy Woy Early Learning Centre. This is a permanent part time role working 7.6 hours over 2 days per week, with flexibility on days you can work. The role The successful candidate will be responsible for: Working within the Children’s Services Management System Assisting the Director to manage the general administration involved in running the service. Liaising with the Director and families. Invoicing, accounts and related admin tasks. Reporting on assigned tasks Ability to form collaborative and positive relationship with colleagues About you To be considered for this role you will: Experience in this role at in a children’s services setting would be highly desirable. Be confident with using Word, Excel, Email and Internet operations. Understanding of the NSW Start Strong Preschool Funding and Federal Government Child Care Subsidy model or be willing to learn about application of these in our service. Demonstrate knowledge of office administration procedures and records management. Possess excellent organisational skills with a great ability to multitask.
