We currently have a position for a Social Media Marketing Specialist open for our Sydney-based team. About the opportunity We are looking for a Design & Marketing Coordinator to join a best practice marketing team that is driven by performance and innovation, working to help all our clients live their best lives. You will be reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager and tasked with the responsibility for the design of collateral, office signage, branding and logos as well as updating the brand guidelines for the Arriba Group of companies. So, what will you be up to on a day-to-day basis? Design of collateral including posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, templates, forms, office signage and documents – that align with the brand guidelines for the business Ensure brand guidelines are current and consistent across the businesses Manage the media library for the business and photo requirements for the business Support the Marketing Communications Manager with the writing of articles within Arriba Group’s content strategy Research and write blog articles as required for use on the website, newsletters and social. Manage the newsletter production process (Sugar Market) for two of the businesses and report on metrics Provide support to Marketing Communications Manager with internal communications requirements Work with the marketing team to improve processes and implementation of marketing systems. Play an active role as part of the marketing team What makes you the right fit for this role? Relevant tertiary qualification Ideally 1 year experience in relevant design role but not essential Advanced use of relevant software – Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud incl.
