About the role You will be responsible for delivering the registration functions and general administration support to the office. Responsibilities Assist in managing of registration functions, including processing new registrations, renewals, and class changes. Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support for registration examinations. Provide comprehensive administrative support for all registration-related activities. Offer general administrative assistance to the office as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations. Experience and skills Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Experience in managing registration processes or similar functions is a plus. Familiarity with handling customer inquiries via phone and email. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
