The Company The company is a finance company that services the medical industry. With offices, all around Australia, the company is now looking for a customer facing receptionist to join their team. You will be well supported and work closely with the operations team, at a company with an award winning culture. Role Overview: As a receptionist, you will be answering any inbound calls from customers, directing the calls to the right parties, managing and maintaining the company's database and working on any ad-hoc admin tasks. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM Location: Sydney CBD Hourly rate: $30-$35/HR Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need: Passionate about customer service Team player Excellent communication skills Highly organised Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. Call centre exposure highly desirable The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
