Job Description About the role Reporting to the Tasmania Regional Manager, the Administrator is responsible for producing weekly and monthly reports on operations in addition to customer invoicing and accounts payable in accordance with company procedures manual. Role is part-time at 24 hours per week, with additional hours as needed with consultation. Duties Assist the project team with the administration of delivery, planning and completion of projects Assist in preparation of project tenders and management of tender register Ownership of supplier invoicing from raising purchase orders, matching to dockets and processing invoices Assist in onboarding of contractors, including the review and collection of contractor SWMS, insurances and licences/tickets Ensure all purchase orders have been recorded, and enter incoming delivery dockets and supplier invoices, promptly Assist in the development of project documents; including assisting in compiling QSE documentation Assist in preparation of client progress claims and invoicing General administration and project administration support to the project team Skills & experience 2 years experience with accounts payable and receivable If a junior applicant with minimal experience, please apply if interested Previous experience with tender preparation and contract admin would be desirable Certificate IV in Accounting would be desirable A background within the Civil Construction industry would be desirable Strong commitment to safety Ability to work independently and display initiative as well as meet deadlines Good attention to detail Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills working both independently and part of a team Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Benefits Excellent culture that promotes a strong team-based environment We offer employees challenging and rewarding opportunities for career progression and learning Flexible and diverse working environment which values collaboration and personal development Desired Skills and Experience How to apply Click APPLY or contact Haly Peachey on 02 4340 0111 for a confidential discussion.
