Looking for an all-round admin position with a leading brand in Real Estate? Our client is seeking an individual to fulfil an all-round administrative position serving as a campaign manager, property management administrator and receptionist in the fast-paced Real Estate industry. The Role: Collaborate closely with agents in the office to ensure seamless sales operations, supporting property listings, sales, settlements, and marketing efforts. Managing incoming office calls and emails from vendors, prospective buyers, landlords, tenants, solicitors, and others and efficiently directing this communication as needed. Overseeing office duties such as procuring stationery and marketing materials, maintaining the database, and preparing for open houses and auctions. Supporting the property management team with responsibilities like invoicing and distributing keys.
