Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management: Participate in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Timely receipt, storage, and retrieval of goods, maintaining proper documentation and records. Participate in regular stock takes, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing inventory control strategies. Monitor stock levels, replenishing inventory as needed to meet demand and minimize stockouts. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. System and Process Improvement: Utilize warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software to optimize warehouse operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve inventory control, and enhance customer service. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse coordination or a similar role within a logistics or distribution environment. Basic knowledge of warehouse processes, best practices, and industry standards. Understanding of inventory control principles, including conducting stock takes, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing inventory management strategies. Familiarity with customised delivery processes and coordination with customers sites. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and external partners. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Forklift license and experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently. Why Nexon?
