About the role An exciting 12-month secondment opportunity has become available in the Customer Operations team as their Administration Support. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Customer Operations teams through the effective delivery of administration support, mailbox management, reporting, data analysis, and associated process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for the management of administrative tasks that support daily business operating requirements. About you'll be doing: Manage key administrative functions to support Customer Operations Optimise and deliver scanning and printing workflows Manage digital mailboxes to ensure work is correctly allocated, responded to or archived appropriately Engage key stakeholders to keep them abreast of progress updates, delays, alerts, information which may impact day to day operations and working to support stakeholder needs such as campaigns and lodging tickets.
