Your “can-do” attitude and strong communication skills will be a big part of the job. We are looking for a team player who is super organised and a confident communicator with our internal and external clients. If you love to work in a fast-paced team and provide support to enable success then read on…. The Administration Assistant is responsible for: Providing administration support for our PD team. Co-ordinate catalogue and other print and online material for wholesale team. Keeping our production information and specifications up to date through data entry and communicating direction with our factories and DC. Managing all samples Communicate product information to suppliers and team Communicating with our overseas suppliers, external suppliers, buyers, marketing, and wholesale customers. Maintain successful supplier relationships. Support with events set-up, prepare drinks and set up food for customers. Be prepared to roll your sleeves up for adhoc projects to support our product development team Manage and process samples by unpacking, labelling, sorting, and photographing, across brands, where required. To be successful in this role you will have. You will have 3 years of experience working in a demanding commercial environment in an administrative role. A positive, “can do” attitude and be ready to jump into the busy world of fashion. You will have previous experience in administration and be confident on the phone and in person. Your communication skills will be organised and your attention to detail will be excellent. You will have a love for fashion and footwear and ideally have prior experience in either You will have some relevant examples of how you have been able to multi-task, prioritise and work in a busy team environment while meeting strict deadlines and working well under pressure. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
