The Role: The primary responsibility is to support and assist in maintaining safe work systems across the site. We are looking for an Indvidual who has a keen eye for work, health and safety and excellent administration skills/experience. Objectives of the Role: Manage schedule of WHS activities to comply with requirements of Bsafe System under direction from WHS Coordinator. Perform Risk assessments according to the schedule. Prepare weekly reports and provide to WHSCO Record and Track all incident Reports, Manage and Close out, Investigate incidents or Hazard reports with assistance of WHS Coordinator and Officer. Perform WHS Activities and Checks in accordance with BSAFE System in liason with WHS Coordinator and Officer. Record and monitor items on the Sites Hazard Register. Any other items as directed by WHS Coordinator and Site Management. To ensure that all paperwork is correctly collected, recorded and filed Ensure accuracy of data is of a high degree & meets best practice. Ensure all work is carried out in a timely & orderly manner. Support all staff with assistance as & when required. Essential Qualifications / Licenses Legally permitted to work in Australia without limitations Competent in use of computer software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word Critical Skills and Experience Required Excellent numerical skills Previous administration skills in keying data and preparing reports to strict deadlines.
