Brand New Clinic Rowville, July 2024 We are growing Imaging Associates is opening a brand-new clinic in Rowville in late July 2024 and we are looking for a Medical Imaging Receptionist to come on the journey with us. Committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers, this role is integral to the experience our patients have with us, along with the smooth running of our practice. What will you be doing? As the first point of contact, you’ll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you’ll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice. You may be an experienced Medical Receptionist looking to take the next step in your career, or you may be looking for a career change and to use your transferrable customer service skills. Either way, we place a strong emphasis on the professional development of our team and will tailor a training program to develop and expand your skills. Key responsibilities include Welcoming patients and providing them with information about their appointment Managing calls and patient bookings Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers Managing patient invoicing and receipting What are we looking for? In addition, you will need to have the following skills and experience: Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills Experience working autonomously and part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes Confidence with technology Flexibility to work at our other sites (within local vicinity) as required Availability to work across a 5-day rotating roster that covers the operational hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
