Position Overview: As the Administration Manager for our dynamic apprenticeship business, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and efficient processes. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of administrative functions, supporting our team and enhancing overall productivity. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in an office management or senior administration role. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of all levels internally and externally to the organisation Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate with senior management to align administrative functions with overall business goals. Budget planning and cost control for administrative expenses. Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems Payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations Maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) records and documentation Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel) Outstanding customer service focus. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive and flexible approach to work.
