We are seeking a highly motivated, caring Receptionist to join our growing dental practice in Norwood with a professional, close team environment. The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our patients and all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice. Successful applicants will be well groomed, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be great team players, passionate and keen to learn. The successful candidate for this role must have flexibility with availability to work during the hours of 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm. To be successful in this role you will have: A confident, outgoing, friendly approach with excellent personal presentation An ability to quickly build rapport with patients, with a welcoming pleasant manner Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality in your work Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend new software Full working rights for Australia, a current Working with Children Check Certificate and up to date COVID immunisation record.
