About The Role Our Mount Arthur South site located in the beautiful Hunter valley Region is looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator. Reporting to the Planning Superintendent, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance administration functions in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. You will be required to assist senior maintenance staff by providing precise and timely information on maintenance rosters and duties thereby enhancing the maintenance team's overall performance. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 5:2 roster with a monthly rostered day off. About You Strong administration experience with exposure to a maintenance, mining or heavy industry environment being highly regarded. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in roster management or scheduling. Tertiary qualification in business administration (desirable) Proficiency in JDE or equivalent business procurement system Strong financial / accounting acumen exposure and experience Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Strong planning and organisational skills Time management and the ability to prioritising tasks and meet deadlines. The ability to work harmoniously with other people of various backgrounds. Problem solving – identifying and finding a solution autonomously.
