Description Central Role: Act as the primary contact internally for all warranty-related matters, serving as a liaison between dealership service teams and the company Claims Management: Efficiently adjudicate warranty claims and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. Coordination: Collaborate closely with dealer service teams and factory warranty departments to facilitate the timely approval of claims. Documentation: Manage the documentation process for dealer reimbursements, ensuring all paperwork is submitted accurately and on time. Reporting: Generating regular reports on warranty claim status, trends, and financial impacts. Profile Strong background as an automotive technician is essential to effectively understand and assess warranty claims. Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail in managing paperwork and ensuring policy compliance. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
