About the role We are currently seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Medical Receptionists to join the friendly team at our Victoria Park Branch on a part time basis. As a Medical Receptionist, you act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. These positions are Part Time: Position 1: 43 hours per fortnight, currently worked as Monday & Tuesday 7hrs a day and Thursday 7.5 hours a day Position 2: 52.5 hours per fortnight. Currently worked as: Weeks 1: Tuesday & Wednesday 7.5 hrs, Thursday 6 hrs and Friday 6.5 hrs and Week 2: Tuesday & Wednesday 7.5 hrs, Thursday 6 hrs and Friday 7.5 hrs. There is an expectation for the successful candidates to work additional hours for leave coverage as necessary. Role requirements A consistent Patients First focus A genuine passion for helping people and providing quality patient care The ability to work effectively in a team environment Proven attention to detail Demonstrated time management and organisational skills The ability to multitask and adapt swiftly in different situations A high of level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy Previous experience within a Medical Receptionist position or customer service industry will be highly regarded.
