The Role Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will complete all sales-related data entry and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to their enquiries. Duties include: Working with a dedicated group of clients to ensure strong, long-term customer relationships are established Ensuring customers are attended to in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times Continually support customer service KPI's by ensuring emails and calls are attended to promptly and effectively Processing customer orders and invoices accurately and promptly Monitoring customer orders and recording details Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and sales teams, ensuring customer's needs are met The Person You have previous experience working in a account management role as well as having excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Prior experience managing inwards and outwards goods would be highly regarded. You have high attention to detail and enjoy a friendly team environment. It goes without saying you are reliable, punctual and motivated with a ‘can do’, attitude. Intermediate to advance computer skills i.e. MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
