A great opportunity for a Sales Leader QLD to lead a small team responsible for managing high-value Domain customers in the field across various QLD geographies representing our core suite of marketing and agent solution products to the agency marketplace. The key focus is the management of the regional/territory team. This includes generating new business sales revenue and expanding relationships with current customers and partners. The key responsibilities include account and territory planning, and mentoring team members to ensure profitability of your area. Salary: $135k-$145k (Incl Super) Who are you? The ideal candidate will… Lead team to deliver sales KPI's Lead and grow the sales revenue of the assigned region/territory Initiate sales activities within assigned area, set expectations, provide mentorship, prioritise efforts, hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle Run multiple concurrent sales and engagement cycles Coach and mentor team to grow and be an essential partner to customers Drive the following commercial outcomes for assigned region/ territory to ensure profitability: Total sales revenue and quarterly sales growth of region Customer engagement and love Breadth of product uptake Why join us?
