Assist the New Business & Enterprise Risk team with client setup to ensure regulatory compliance. Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and matter data in our Practice Management system, supporting legal teams globally, and ensuring efficient business operations, including support for Asian offices. Key Responsibilities: Assist secretaries and New Business & Enterprise Risk teams with client and matter setup to ensure regulatory compliance, liaising with Business Finance, Risk Management, and Tax teams. Support the setup processes for clients and matters, including matter plans for Asian offices. Collaborate with various divisions and business leaders to meet special client requirements. Transition legacy practice management data to updated structures and assist with data cleansing. Respond to ad hoc requests. Provide support to the Manager. Requirements: Degree or qualification in Risk and Compliance or a related analytical field preferred. Experience in Risk and Compliance or a related analytical field. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
