This new appointment, based in Melbourne, will suit an experienced Senior Executive with a strong background in FMCG Food Manufacturing who has a proven track record in developing strong Sales teams across multiple channels to drive positive business performance. Reporting into the CEO of this Small to Mid-Sized business, the essence of this role is to develop & implement Sales strategies and business objectives across all Trade and Retail channels. By identifying new opportunities within existing channels and outside channels, you will optimise Sales, ROI, Market Share, Profitability & Cashflow whilst managing and developing the Sales Team to be the best in class within the Flour industry. To be successful you will demonstrate your clear understanding of all elements associated with the Sales function with a strong customer centric approach. Your motivating and inspiring leadership approach to management will translate as an individual driven to make a difference, someone that holds yourself and others accountable and above all, a key contributor to the ongoing success of this organisation.
