We're on the look out for a Part Time team member to join our team based at Western Sydney University - Penrith as a Night Manager. Part Time position (15.2 hours per/wk) based at Western Sydney University - Penrith 2 week rotating roster: Saturday and Sunday, 5:30pm - 1:36am and 1:15am - 9:21am Drive an outstanding resident experience and contribute to our great culture UniLodge specialise in student accommodation and have been an industry market leader since 1996. ABOUT THE ROLE Resident safety is a top priority for our frontline operations teams. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing of residents and overall management and responsibility of the building during the overnight hours. In your role you will gain exposure to a range of tasks and responsibilities including: Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty. Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc. Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution. Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare. Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock outs. Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
