Immediately available opportunity within a reputable financial service company based in the CBD for a part time position A diverse, progressive and global trading and investment company who are based in the heart of the CBD, are seeking an experienced part time Administrator to join their team on a temporary / ongoing basis. Working 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. As the Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the General Managers, playing a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and fostering a positive work culture. This position is an exciting opportunity for administrative generalist who will work across a range of responsibilities including Reception, Facilities and Admin. Main Responsibilities Include; Reception duties including meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right person or room Coordination of office security including passes, car bookings, access control, checking in and out of visitors etc Accounts payable, receivable, expenses, PO's, and invoices as requested by the Corporate Division Mail room duties including incoming and outgoing couriers management General scanning, filing and data entry as well as other ad hoc duties About you; Experience in a high level Administration position preferabley from a professional services environment Strong communication skills both written and verbal Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Team player with initiative and autonomy Please apply online to be considered, attention your application to Sarah Roberts or email directly to srobertsfourquarters.com.au
