Their sites are located across Brisbane, both north and south. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing small to medium civil jobs, particularly subdivisions. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities spanning from quoting jobs to overseeing their completion. Key Responsibilities: Quoting and estimating jobs accurately and efficiently. Managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Organizing and coordinating labor for various sites. Overseeing the progress of work, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Managing budgets and resources effectively. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience running small to medium civil construction projects, particularly subdivisions. Background in either managing your own civil construction company or holding a significant role in a previous position. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites around Brisbane.
