Key Responsibilities: Manage lead flow distribution between setters and closers to optimize eCommerce sales pipeline efficiency. Oversee calendar management for sales team members to maximize productivity and client engagement in eCommerce sales. Collaborate with the sales administrator to implement best practices and streamline processes across our global eCommerce sales team. Develop and execute eCommerce-specific lead generation strategies to drive sales pipeline growth. Review eCommerce sales funnels and optimize processes to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows and increase show rates in eCommerce sales. Implement and optimize email sequencing strategies to enhance customer engagement in eCommerce sales.
