Location: Pymble Part-Time Role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm (30 hours per week) The Role As a Receptionist, you will use a flexible and adaptable approach to handle the following responsibilities: Meet and greet clients and visitors, acting as the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries. Manage requests and room bookings. Operate the CMMS for tenancy requests and reports. Assist the internal site management team by serving as the conduit for client and other requests as needed. Ensure full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS business systems. Maintain OHS&E policies and procedures by all stakeholders. Assist in all facets of Facilities Management as directed by the Account Manager, including raising purchase orders and work orders, and following up and validating supplier invoices. Skills and Experience Strong demonstrated experience in a similar or customer-facing role. Ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible, innovative approach to problems and opportunities. Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles, including a strong professional telephone manner (listening, questioning, empathy, and professionalism). Ability to interpret queries and assist customers appropriately. Demonstrated attention to detail, including good keyboard skills, speed, and accuracy. Proficiency in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Qualifications Essential: High School Certificate or equivalent. Desirable: Certificate III (or higher) in Customer Service or Administration.
