Six Degrees Executive Recruitment is excited to be partnering with this ASX listed retail organisation, as they seek an Operations Manager to join one of their most identifiable and strongest performing national food & drink brands. Responsible for maximising profitability and operational performance, the Operations Manager will help drive top line sales and bottom-line profitability across an extensive network of company owned stores. With a focus on system adoption, driving efficiencies, and tool utilisation, the Operations Manager will instil a best practice mindset to all brand employees , that will ultimately drive EBITDA in line with company goals. Leading a team of national Business Managers, who work within store formats that include dine in, take away and drive through, it is imperative that the Operations Manager possess significant experience in driving efficiencies and growth within either a retail or QSR environment. This is a national role, and the successful candidate will be required to travel locally and interstate relatively frequently.
