With a range of roles available choose the location that suits you best You will enjoy a busy role with responsibilities including: End to end retail asset management Liaising with clients, contractors and tenants in a face-to-face environment Ensuring accurate records of all documentation are being maintained including tenancy schedule, leases, and retailer files Financial management including ensuring financial targets are met Balancing strategic and operational responsibilities Maintenance management and managing contracts (in certain centres only) Risk management Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies Skills & Experience A proven track record in retail management (working on or off-site) Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting The ability to prioritise and problem solve on an ongoing basis Qualifications Degree in Property or other relevant degree preferred but not essential Current property management registration essential How to apply Interested in finding out more?
