Our culture, teamwork and consultative approach are key to our company’s success and our high rate of staff retention. “We don’t look for people for projects but the projects for our people” About the Role The role involves working closely and collaboratively with site-based roles, estimating and new business teams Managing, planning and coordinating the design management process on commercial construction projects to establish and satisfy the needs of the Client, stakeholders and the project from a Main Contractor perspective Achieving all project specific commercial and contractual objectives Creative design solutions consistent with program, cost and quality requirements to achieve the functional brief of the project Providing leadership with humility, that inspires, motivates and engages people Requirements A highly experienced Design Manager with minimum of 7 years experience in practice or Main Contractor and demonstrated experience working on commercial projects in excess of $300m.
